(Chris Langer / AP) We’re keeping our eyes on Pittsburgh today, wehre last night a pair of storms caused a flash flood that submerged more than a dozen vehicles, killed a woman and two children and left another person missing and presumed dead. I’m pretty lucky I left town when I did. If I had left for State College an hour later it could have been a big mess.
